<title>Abstract</title>
<p>From the earlier twentieth century, Brunei Darussalam had go through some crucial changes from the areas of social, economic and political sectors for the establishment of the British residency in 1906s. In the zone of national development plan from 1953-1984, Brunei commence their contribution and also it as to be noted about the written constitution of Brunei in 1959 as well as its independence 1984. Therefore, the country experienced the expanding involvement of both males and females in the education and employment areas.</p>
<p>It is the women of Brunei whoexclusively developed their social-economic standard entirely among the male citizens of this country. Accompanied by the growing socio-economic independence, additional women relish freedom, protection and are more independent as compared to women in the past decades.</p>
